1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and rs768 ("rs768", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the rs768 website, mobile interface, and all services provided through the platform, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer services, and promotions.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on rs768, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the rs768 platform.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. rs768 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account opened by you on the rs768 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account under a promotion.
• "Cashier" means the deposit and withdrawal interface within the rs768 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the operator.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency referenced on the rs768 platform for Pakistani users.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited User" means any person ineligible to use rs768, including minors, self-excluded individuals, and persons in restricted jurisdictions.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on rs768, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing rs768 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from rs768 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to a current self-exclusion or cool-off period.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions that would prohibit you from conducting financial transactions.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on rs768. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rs768 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding winnings or bonuses.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any information that is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in immediate account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rs768 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. You must notify rs768 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rs768 may support various payment methods for Pakistani users, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and potentially cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. Payment method names are referenced as familiar options for Pakistani users only. Their appearance in the cashier does not imply that any payment provider endorses, supports, or permits gambling transactions. Availability of any payment method is subject to the cashier at the time of transaction and may change without notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are set out in the cashier interface and may vary by payment method. Users should verify current minimum deposit thresholds before initiating a transaction.

5.3 Deposit Currency

Deposits made by Pakistani users are primarily processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Where a currency conversion is applied, the exchange rate used will be that prevailing at the time of the transaction. rs768 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All funds deposited into your rs768 account must originate from a payment account or method held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. rs768 reserves the right to return deposits where it cannot verify the source of funds.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed where: (a) your account KYC verification is fully complete; (b) all applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been satisfied; (c) your account is in good standing with no outstanding security or fraud flags; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold specified in the cashier.

6.2 Identity & Name Matching

The name on the payment account to which a withdrawal is directed must exactly match the name registered on your rs768 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. rs768 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where name matching cannot be confirmed.

6.3 Processing Times

rs768 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, current verification status, and operational review periods. Players should allow adequate time for processing and contact support if a withdrawal appears to be unduly delayed.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the cashier. These may vary by payment method and player tier. Requests exceeding applicable limits may be processed in multiple instalments at rs768's discretion.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying wagering conditions may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on rs768 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game weighting, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses) are set out in the individual promotion terms. Wagering thresholds are expressed in PKR or as a multiplier of the bonus amount.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

rs768 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and withdraw access to any promotional offers where it reasonably determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine play; coordinating with other users to exploit bonus terms; and any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.

7.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

rs768 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to applicable notice obligations. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account prior to modification will be honoured under the original terms unless there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on rs768 are accepted subject to the platform's applicable betting rules. rs768 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns, where market limits have been reached, or where a technical error has occurred.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where: an event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within the applicable timeframe; a market is suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical error; odds were incorrectly published due to a manifest error; or the outcome of an event has been determined to have been subject to corruption or manipulation.

8.3 Manifest Errors

rs768 reserves the right to correct any manifest pricing or technical error. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — including due to a technical malfunction — rs768 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the user's account balance.

8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on PSL cricket, ICC matches, football, and other sports are offered in real time. Odds in live markets change frequently and bets are accepted subject to market conditions prevailing at the moment of placement. Delays in communication may result in bets being placed at different odds than initially displayed; rs768 is not liable for such discrepancies where they arise from network conditions outside its control.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rs768 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false date-of-birth information.
• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate or "ghost" accounts) for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity connected with the proceeds of crime.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or sports betting.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward rs768 staff or other users.

10 KYC & Verification

10.1 Verification Obligation

rs768 is required to verify the identity and age of its users. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request and to provide accurate supporting documentation in a timely manner. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including suspension of withdrawal rights.

10.2 Required Documents

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Proof of address may be requested where required. A selfie or liveness check may be required to match the identity document submitted.

10.3 Document Integrity

All documents submitted must be genuine and unaltered. Submission of falsified, edited, or fraudulent identity documents constitutes a serious criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. rs768 will immediately and permanently close any account found to have submitted fraudulent documentation.

10.4 Secure Submission

Documents must only be submitted through the designated secure HTTPS verification portal within the rs768 platform. You must not send sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, general chat, SMS, or any other unsecured channel.

11 Responsible Gambling

rs768 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertaining activity conducted within the bounds of your financial means. The platform provides a range of player-control tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by rs768

rs768 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a user is found to have breached these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; a user has provided false registration information; a user has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or applicable law requires us to do so.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your rs768 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed subject to the standard verification and withdrawal conditions. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you through an eligible payment method following verification.

12.3 Forfeiture of Funds

Where an account is closed or suspended as a result of a breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or provision of false information — rs768 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rs768 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial losses arising from betting activity.

rs768 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. rs768 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime where reasonable steps have been taken to minimise disruption.

Gambling involves financial risk. Users participate on the understanding that they may lose some or all of the funds they deposit. rs768 provides no guarantee of winnings and makes no representations regarding expected returns on any game or betting market.

14 Amendments to These Terms

rs768 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, rs768 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users, including by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the rs768 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that the Services are available or lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

Pakistani users are reminded that online gambling may be subject to restriction under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable legislation. rs768 does not claim authorisation or licensing from any Pakistani governmental or regulatory authority. It is the user's responsibility to seek independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before using the platform.
